Program Outline:

Register for a phone conference with Christine to start to COMPLETE THAT MANUSCRIPT!
Acceptance into the writing weekend.
Deposit of $150.00 due. (Non-refundable)
6 weeks of writing assignments with deadlines. These will be turned in to Christine. (Sci-Fi/ fantasy will be 12 weeks.)
Bi-weekly phone conferences with Christine to help keep on track with research and writing.
Attend writing program.
COMPLETE THAT MANUSCRIPT!

To participate in the writing program you must have a laptop for the weekend and all writing assignments completed on time. There will be no internet access. Disks, printer and paper will be provided for your convenience. Unless otherwise dictated by your profession no cell phones or beepers will be allowed in the writing room.

Recommendations for the completion of the writing process:
contact with the "real" world be kept to a minimum as it distracts and interrupts the writing thought and process.
participating writers stay within the hotel where the writing room is located.
To The Letter nor any of its members receive any kickback or special services due to this participation.

All participants are responsible for their own room and board costs. Double booking is available.
