The Author retains all rights to the Work including any and all copyrights, the exclusive right to publish the work in hardback and paperback editions (the "Primary Rights") and the right to sell throughout the world in the English language. Limitation of Liability. NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LOSS OF INCOME, PROFITS OR DATA, OR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS, EVEN IF THE OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PUBLICATION OF THE WORK HEREUNDER.
